Apple seems to be in the midst of a land-grab — and I am not referring to its new campus.
According to public documents reviewed by Silicon Valley Business Journal, the tech giant has leased a 96,000-square-foot facility in Sunnyvale, California that formerly housed a Pepsi bottling plant.
Granted, a huge company like Apple acquiring additional space isn’t necessarily news. However, it could make excellent space for the company’s unofficial Apple Car project, codenamed “Project Titan,” that reportedly has been green-lit for a 2019 launch date. Read more…
