Reviewing the Bentley Mulsanne Speed is like turning a critical eye on the moon. That’s because they’re both gigantic, awe-inspiring things that are accessible to only the most elite of elites.
Like the moon, people look to the Mulsanne as a beautiful but unattainable force of nature — something to be admired but never really possessed. I mean, if forced, I suppose I could evaluate the weave of the Mulsanne’s thick wool carpets like I might rate the granularity of the moon’s rocks. That, however, would serve no greater purpose than make me look like a pompous twit.
